My love for endurance sports started when I caught the running bug. What began with a jog around the block went up to 5k fun runs up to marathons. I never thought I would be doing a triathlon because I didn’t know how to swim. I searched for a coach who could help me. That pushed me from doing smaller sprint races all the way to an Ironman. This band is a reminder of what I have learned and continue to learn in this endurance sports journey.
